0.4 g at 205° F with 14.2 g of rock sugar

went much better mixing the tea, sugar, and water then adding milk

still cools down the tea a lot but that means I can drink it right away

and I weighed the water and milk so I won’t hafta keep washing my measuring cup each time I make a mug

maybe I’ll bring the smaller measuring cup that I can just use for milk and also heat it a bit in the microwave
