so I kinda knew this, but had forgotten…  the teavana perfecteaspoon is not a teaspoon but about a teaspoon and a half (or something).  so in order to more accurately count calories, I\’ve switched to a teaspoon.  there is not a lot of sugar in this cup of tea.  >_>
