office warming gift from my new neighbor, how thoughtful! but, I wasn’t paying attention to the kettle temp and didn’t wait long enough for the water to cool after making oatmeal this morning so rather than 165° F I steeped at 186° F it’s still really smooth though and reminds be of teavana’s peach bellini!

I didn’t add any sugar and I can’t decide if I want to. it’s kinda tart but in a nice sort of way. it kinda reminds me of teavana’s dragonfruit devotion. yum~
